OUR COMPANY

Evan Brooks Associates, Inc. (EBA) is a full-service strategic planning firm offering project management, grant writing, transportation planning, community outreach, and environmental compliance services for public agencies to assist in achieving their desired capital program, operations efficiency, and project development goals.

Our unique understanding of federal, state, and local grant funding procedures and processes enables us to oversee all phases of grant-funded projects, from conception, funding acquisition, and public outreach, to overseeing the implementation, construction, and completion of the project.

OUR SPECIALTIES

Our team members are practitioners of New Urbanist principles. We believe streets should be designed as quality public spaces that accommodate different travel modes rather than being designed primarily for the convenience and efficiency of a single mode. Streets, squares, and transit hubs should be safe, comfortable, and interesting, especially for the pedestrian and bicyclist.

Our multi-modal planning expertise has assisted more than 40 public agencies in Southern California realize their communities’ potential, while our grant writing and community outreach specialties have helped shape communities across Southern California – transforming spaces into places and places into destinations.
