EBA offers both interim and long-term staff support services. We offer a full range of professional planning services, from the day-to-day operations of a community development department (including code and planning enforcement services) to the preparation of advanced projects and policies. Our committed and experienced staff has extensive public agency expertise and can effectively serve as an extension of public agency staff. Many of our staff members have served as public agency staff prior to joining EBA, providing a genuine understanding of municipal government. In addition, our staff has extensive experience in community planning and public engagement by mobilizing and participating in resident and stakeholder groups, public meetings, and inter-agency collaboration.
