Project Description:

In order to assess the profitability of potential retail locations for its clients, Robert K. Futterman & Associates required data and analysis on pedestrian traffic volumes along the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica. EBA collected pedestrian count data at eight predetermined locations along Third Street during a “typical” weekday and Saturday. Counts were collected for 15-minute intervals during two, four-hour periods on both days. The data was then organized and analyzed by EBA staff. EBA’s findings were presented to the client in the form of a detailed, technical document that included a summary of field observations and recommendations. Our work for the client has resulted in repeat business.
