Project Description:
When Robert K. Futterman & Associates required locating a profitable spot for their client’s retail location, they chose EBA to analyze 12 predetermined locations along Rodeo Drive and Beverly Drive in Downtown Beverly Hills. EBA began by collecting traffic count data at each location during a “typical” weekday and Saturday. Counts were collected for 15-minute intervals during a six hour period on both days. The data was then organized and analyzed by EBA staff. EBA’s findings were presented to the client in the form of a detailed, technical document that included tables, graphs, maps, photographs, and a summary of field observations. Our work for the client has resulted in recurring projects and accolades on our deliverables.
