EBA, as subconsultant to the Mobility Advancement Group (MAG), developed and executed a comprehensive survey targeting Alhambra Community Transit (ACT) Blue and Green Line transit users to support the ACT Route & Ridership Engagement Study. This survey, meticulously designed to capture diverse user feedback, involved a mix of quantitative and qualitative questions. EBA efficiently administered this survey across selected bus lines, gathering valuable data over a 24-hour period, and compiled the results in user-friendly formats for MAG’s further analysis.

In addition to the survey, our team provided significant support in graphic design and Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping. These elements were crucial in visually presenting the collected data and insights. The final presentation, enriched with our graphic and GIS contributions, was successfully delivered to the Alhambra City Council, offering a clear and impactful representation of our findings and recommendations for the Alhambra bus routes. This project not only highlights our expertise in data collection and analysis but also underscores our ability to enhance information delivery through professional graphic design and GIS mapping.
