This survey, meticulously designed to capture diverse user feedback, involved a mix of quantitative and qualitative questions. EBA efficiently administered this survey across selected bus lines, gathering valuable data over a 24-hour period, and compiled the results in user-friendly formats for MAG’s further analysis.
