Project Description:

EBA is the City of Manhattan Beach’s grant project management consultant for federal, state, and regional City funding programs. This includes providing post-award grant compliance for funding from ATP, CMAQ, HSIP, SRTS, STIP, and other competitive or formulaic federal grant programs. Our work includes, but is not limited to: managing grant compliance with all State and Federal regulations for a variety of infrastructure programs; working with the Caltrans Local Assistance Area Engineer to obligate funds for each phase of the work (e.g., design, right-of-way, and construction), as well as submitting reimbursement requests; and maintaining open lines of communication with the City for any as-needed assistance.
