Project Description:

EBA provides the City of Pismo Beach with overall administrative functions for State and Federally (FHWA) funded projects and grants. The basic services include the overall administrative functions, including but not limited to the following specific duties, all in accordance with the Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM) and associated resource materials and in conjunction with the City’s Consultant for construction management and inspection services. This includes working on various state and federally-funded projects to assure that required documentation and backup information is being prepared and maintained in accordance with Federal-Aid requirements; preparing authorization packets (to obtain E-76’s), progress invoices and submission to Caltrans for reimbursement for funds expended and paid out, and maintaining an excellent working relationship with Caltrans Local Assistance Area Engineer.
