Juliet Arroyo has 25 years of experience in urban planning specializing in historic resources and environmental compliance at the local, state and Federal levels. She works on both large and small projects, private and public projects. Her experience includes design review and guidelines, transportation planning, preparation of land use plans, public funding, zoning code analysis, and redevelopment. She manages the environmental review process and prepares technical studies and environmental documents. Ms. Arroyo has prepared numerous historic resource assessment and evaluation reports for all types of properties across California. She wrote the demolition review ordinance and the historic district ordinance for the City of Glendale, as well as conduct Citywide stakeholder outreach events. She has received awards for her individual and group work in historic resources while at the City of Glendale and was a speaker at key summits and events related to historic preservation. Additionally, she has prepared transportation plans, parking studies, and managed public funds reimbursements for transportation projects.
