Before construction can begin, several types of projects must pass federal and state environmental laws and statutes, including, but not limited to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). EBA provides environmental analysis, review, and compliance services for projects undergoing environmental review under CEQA, NEPA, and/or Caltrans procedures. EBA has served as the project manager, document preparer, and technical expert for a variety of projects. EBA has prepared Environmental Impact Reports, Notice of Exemptions, Categorical Exemptions/Exclusions, and a range of other documents to satisfy local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
