Project Description:

 Working with the Shasta Regional Transportation Agency (SRTA), EBA prepared several grant applications of varying complexity for Northern California communities, including the SRTA, Shasta County, and the cities of Redding and Shasta Lake.  EBA prepared competitive, ready-to-submit, active transportation applications. Draft applications went through layers of review by project partners and an ATP technical advisory committee (TAC) from the region. Local agencies approved of the proposed scope of work, schedule, estimates, and plans prior to submitting the applications. More than 450 applications were received under the grant program and only 40 projects were funded across California, with EBA securing 3 of those 40. In addition, EBA had the highest ranked application in the Small Rural Category.
