Project Description:

Since 2016, and as both a prime and subconsultant, EBA provides the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s (Metro) Countywide Planning Department with grant writing services.  Our work has included the preparation of grant applications and materials development, as well as cultivating stakeholder relationships to gain support for project applications. Through our multiple grant writing contracts with Metro, our associates have had the opportunity to lead and prepare State and Federal grants, including Active Transportation Program (ATP) grants, Transit and Intercity Rail Capital Program (TIRCP) grants, Senate Bill 1 (SB1) grants, Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development (BUILD) grants, and Sustainable Communities grants, to name a few.
