Project Description:

In accordance with the City’s Covina Town Center Specific Plan, EBA prepared this study to assist in the creation of a more efficient parking system in Covina’s Downtown. The report included a review of existing conditions, incorporated data from the 2018 Covina Town Center Specific Plan Parking Study, and provided recommendations to reach goals outlined in the Specific Plan. Key desirable outcomes of recommendations include more favorable distribution of Downtown parking and revenue generation for parking lot and structure operation and maintenance, among other measures.
